Nova Leap Health is seeking dependable Caregivers to join our growing team, delivering personalized, one-on-one in-home care that helps seniors live safely and independently. You will build meaningful relationships and make a daily impact while supporting clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship, with flexible weekday/weekend shifts and potential PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet employment requirements.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.

Flexible Scheduling

What We're Looking For
