We are hiring for the role of Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Waiver Type: Regular in Goldsboro, NC. The position starts at a pay rate based on prior caregiver experience. Shifts include day, afternoon, overnight, and 7 days a week.

No experience is required; positions are available on a part‑time and full‑time basis. Full‑time positions qualify for company benefits.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver's license (if position requires driving, proof of insurance and vehicle may be required)
• Physical requirements: lift 30 lbs regularly, 70 lbs minimum, pull 50 lbs minimum, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, stop; use hands to finger, hold, or feel objects; stand and walk regularly; demonstrate CPR proficiency
• Vision: close, distance, peripheral
• Pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, drug testing, education verification, employment references (if required)
