Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Goldsboro, NC. The role provides community-based support to individuals with disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges, implementing services per each person’s Centered Plan.

Starting pay is $15.00/hour, with full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts include day, afternoon, or overnight hours, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification or training preferred.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety procedures.
• Assist with people supported development.
• Assist with person-centered community life goals.
• Support team members and supervisors.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
• Assist with medical requests.
