You will schedule prenatal appointments, coordinate ultrasounds and tests, assist with insurance questions, and collaborate with obstetricians, sonographers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in the United States.
• Experience with prenatal care and screening is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy for expectant patients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pregnant patients, addressing inquiries and providing emotional support.
• Provide information on prenatal care, screening tests, and resources.
• Explain care plans and required steps for optimal pregnancy health.
• Schedule prenatal appointments, ultrasounds, and tests.
• Send reminders and follow-ups for upcoming appointments and procedures.
• Coordinate with obstetricians, sonographers, and specialists for seamless care.
• Assist patients with understanding insurance coverage and financial options.
• Type and transcribe documentation promptly; proofread before distribution.
• Complete assignments independently and meet deadlines; follow up on scheduling.
• Liaise between patients and providers to communicate results and follow-up care.
• Support care teams with updates on patient progress and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure access to care.
