Position Overview:

Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands‑on Caregiver Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field. The Caregiver Coordinator will play a key role in supporting caregivers, conducting hands‑on training, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support caregiver schedules and assignments
• Conduct in‑home visits to supervise and support caregivers in the field
• Provide hands‑on training and coaching to caregivers to ensure quality care standards
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
• Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns promptly
• Serve as a point of contact for caregivers and assist with call‑outs or shift coverage
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or caregiver supervision preferred
• CNA, PCA, or healthcare background strongly preferred
