Synergy HomeCare is seeking an experienced Community Caregiver to work with multiple clients in a beautiful community setting in Cary, NC. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and support other caregivers as needed, ensuring dependable, compassionate care across varied client needs.

• Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and companionship
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Supporting multiple clients with different care needs
• Stepping in when additional caregiver coverage is needed
• Communicating client updates to care coordination team
• Participating in the on-call rotation
