Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Greater Annapolis is hiring caregivers to support clients in their homes on a full-time basis with 12-hour shifts. You will help with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, ensuring safety and comfort for each client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of proven caregiving experience.
• GNA and/or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent at home.
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Handle household needs and reminders for safety.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.
• Maintain respectful and dignified care with clients.

Must have at least 6 months of proven experience providing high level caregiving along with organizational skills. This is a Full Time appointment consisting of 12 HOUR SHIFTS. GNA and/or CNA experience preferred. Pay will be based on level of experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
