• Monitor medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients\' condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to support client care plans.
