Inspired Living in Kenner, LA is seeking PRN weekend Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living assistance and resident companionship in a warm senior living community.

You will follow individualized service plans, document care activities, observe changes, and collaborate with clinical leaders, families, and teammates to ensure safety and dignity. This role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and high-quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities per resident care plans.
• Know residents' needs and support their dignity and preferences.
• Observe changes and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA and safety rules.
• Collaborate with care partners, clinical leaders, and families.
• Assist with meals and dining to create a welcoming experience.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.

At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.

We are currently hiring PRN weekend positions for our Inspired Living at Kenner senior living community located in Kenner, LA.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
