Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bathing, feeding and assisting with activities of daily living and designated procedures.
• Making beds and distributing nourishments.
• Maintaining residents' personal hygiene and oral care.
• Providing direct care per the plan of care and documenting progress.
• Assisting with planning and evaluating plans of care and reporting changes to the Unit Charge Nurse.
• Following infection control policies and using PPE when indicated.
