Job summary
Home Instead Pleasant Hill is hiring Care Professionals to serve Holden and surrounding communities on day shifts. As a CarePro you will provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and help with daily living activities under the supervision of our care team.
You will not perform skilled nursing tasks. No prior caregiving is required, training is provided, and we offer competitive pay with 90-day raises and discretionary bonuses.

Your shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs vary, so we match Care Professionals' skills to the clients' needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, or any other ADL or IADL according to the client's needs. You will NOT be asked to do skilled nursing tasks like administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy.
