We offer flexible PRN/part-time or full-time options, scheduling via a mobile app, paid orientation, online training, direct deposit, and competitive hourly pay of $15.00 to $18.00, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a national background check and TB test.
• CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, grooming, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders (no administration).

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers)
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders (no administration)
• Support safe mobility and ambulation (walker, wheelchair, etc.)
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Use our mobile app to clock in/out and document care notes
• Follow infection control and safety procedures (CDC-compliant)

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: 2 years of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Must pass a national background check
• Current TB test and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
