Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and home organization.
• Assist with mobility using walkers, gait belts, or wheelchairs.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Use a mobile app for scheduling, clock-in/clock-out, and care documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and agency policies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
