Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 2 years caregiving experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or similar).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Able to pass a national background check; CPR certification and TB test preferred or willing to obtain.
• Dependable, patient, and professional.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with mobility, ambulation, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders only.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Use mobile app for scheduling and documentation.
• Follow agency safety and infection control procedures.
