Touchmark, LLC in Appleton, WI is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the evening shift. This full-time PM shift offers a stable schedule and opportunities to provide meaningful care to residents.

The role requires CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation), a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with older adults or in a healthcare environment preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable team member.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines including dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide support with meals and hydration.
• Respond promptly to emergency pendants and resident needs.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Document care and services according to care plans.
