Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full‑service senior living community seeking compassionate Caregivers / CNAs for the AM shift on a full-time basis.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.69 per hour, with an additional $0.75 per hour for Wisconsin CNAs. This role offers a stable schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable caregiver with a patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork to collaborate with nursing staff.
• Experience with caring for older adults is preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are desired or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with morning routines, meals, hydration, and personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and transportation to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments.
• Accurately document care and services provided according to care plans.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.

Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants receive an additional $0.75 per hour.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred; caregivers without CNA certification are encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain after hire
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and creating meaningful resident experiences
