Job summary

Synergy HomeCare Vancouver is seeking Washington-certified caregivers (CNA, HCA or NAR) for daytime and weekend shifts. We offer 12-, 8-, 4- and 1-hour shifts, with higher hourly pay for 1-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience: 1 year minimum.
• Must have WA State CNA, HCA or NAR license – NAR must be enrolled in CNA/HCA courses.
• Food Handler Card within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Driver license preferred.
• Auto Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders and transportation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, families and coworkers.
• Be reliable and punctual.

SYNERGY HOMECARE is looking for caregivers that are WASHINGTON STATE CERTIFIED with their CNA, HCA, OR NAR license. We have DAYTIME AND WEEKEND shifts available. We are hiring for both full time and part time hours. We have 12 HOUR SHIFTS, 8 HOUR SHIFTS, 4 HOUR SHIFTS AND 1 HOUR SHIFTS. Our 1 HOUR SHIFTS pay more per hour.
