Sunrise Senior Living located in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Caregiver (CHHA or CNA Required) to join our team in a full-time role. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily cares, following individualized care plans and documenting changes as needed.

You will promote safety, dignity and independence, engage residents in daily activities, support dining and maintain a welcoming environment, and communicate clearly with families and care leaders.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassionate, reliable and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-impaired residents.
