Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver in Morris Plains, NJ to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and promote safety and independence in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
