Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, in alignment with Individualized Service Plans. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, NJ CHHA & CNA certifications, CPR/First Aid, and a compassionate, reliable, and communicative mindset.

Formación

• CHHA & CNA current certification in New Jersey required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range:18.92 - 23.65
