Wellington Place at Biron in Wisconsin Rapids is hiring Resident Assistants / Caregivers to provide compassionate care and companionship to residents in a 30-bed CBRF community.

We offer paid training, no required licenses, and roles across multiple shifts. Starting wages range from $16.50 to $19.00 per hour with PM and NOC shift differentials and a variety of benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• No specialized certifications required; paid employer training program available.

Shifts:

• 6:00 am-2:00 pm - Currently hiring Full-Time RA/Caregiversfor this shift!
• 2:00 pm-10:00 pm- C Currently hiring Part-Time RA/Caregivers for this shift
• 10:00 pm-6:00 am - C Currently hiring Part-Time RA/Caregivers for this shift

Shift differentials apply to the 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm shift and the 10:00 pm - 6:00pmshifts.
