Wellington Place at Biron is currently hiring a Care Coordinator for our CBRF. The Care Coordinator works under the direction of the Facility Administrator, focusing on staff scheduling and daily facility operations to ensure the highest quality care for residents.

We offer a competitive wage and benefits, including $18-$20 per hour depending on experience, 401(k) with employer match, flexible schedules, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have current CBRF Certification.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or a long-term care setting.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and manage day-to-day facility operations in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local standards governing CBRF facilities.
• Support the delivery of high-quality resident care through coordination and communication.

Wellington Place at Bironis currently hiring aCare Coordinator for our CBRF. The Care Coordinator works under the direction of the Facility Administrator. The Care Coordinator's primary duties involve scheduling of staff and handling the day-to-day functions of the facility, in collaboration with the Administrator, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing community-based residential facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
