Job summary

The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living, focusing on dignity and independence. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor well-being, and collaborate with the care team to create a safe, warm environment.

Requirements include state-required certifications, at least one year of experience with older adults, strong communication in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (190 pounds with

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and activities staff to meet individual care plans.
