Job summary

The Legacy at Crystal Falls in Leander, TX is seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living and companionship. You will work closely with a friendly team to enhance quality of life for seniors and follow care plans with compassion.

Requirements include state-required caregiving certifications, at least one year of experience with older adults, and strong communication skills in English.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
