Job summary

The Legacy at Falcon Point in Katy, TX is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and promote well‑being.

Shifts include Day/Evening with options 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; both full-time and part-time roles are available. Applicants should have at least one year of experience with older adults and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. PSL offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents to support daily living activities
• Support residents with hygiene, mobility, and safety
• Promote resident wellbeing and comfort through compassionate service
