The Legacy at Cimarron in El Paso is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to assist residents with daily living and help maintain a warm, respectful community.

We offer flexible FT/PT scheduling, same-day pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, PTO, mentorship, and CEU reimbursement.

Requirements: state certifications, at least one year with older adults, clear English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (team lift available).

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
