Job summary

PSL at The Legacy at Town Square seeks a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and safety in a warm, community setting.

This on-site role requires state caregiver certifications, at least 1 year of experience with older adults, and strong English communication. PSL offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and ongoing development through our mentorship and CEU programs.

Qualifications

• State-required certifications for caregivers.
• One year of experience with older adults preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities in a senior living setting.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care aligned with PSL standards.
• Support residents' well-being and safety during shifts.
• Adhere to documentation and care plan requirements.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
