Job summary

inHom Senior Care is seeking a caregiver for Awake Overnight shifts from 10 PM to 8 AM to support elderly clients in their homes. You will provide companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Requirements include a 21+ age, valid driver’s license with insurance, willingness to work one-on-one in clients' homes, and ability to pass a background check. Residents of the listed Minnesota counties are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Companionship: Engage clients in conversation and provide emotional support.
• Activities Assistance: Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.

• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
• Transportation: Occasionally provide errands or shopping assistance.

Note: Some clients may require additional support, including the use of Hoyer lifts and specialized dementia care.

Requirements

Schedule

• AWAKE Overnight shifts: 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Flexible scheduling options: 3-5 days per week, Monday through Sunday.
