Job summary

inHom Senior Care is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to form a trusted, long-term relationship with a client in the South Metro area. You will stay in the client’s home across multiple days, providing attentive day-and-night support so they can age safely in a familiar place.

The role offers private quarters, flexible placements, paid training, and 24/7 office support to back you up. A compassionate heart and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle
• Willingness to work one-on-one in a client’s home
• Able to pass a background check
• Live in Dakota, Scott, Rice, Carver, or Le Sueur County (MN)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals for the client
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Occasionally transport client for errands and shopping

Build a real relationship with one client by becoming part of their daily life at home. As a Live-In Caregiver, you'll stay in your client's home across multiple days, providing attentive day-and-night support so they can age safely and comfortably in the place they love — with designated time to rest and private sleeping quarters of your own.

The role

• Live-in, one-on-one care in a client's home across the South Metro (Minneapolis/St. Paul), MN
• Multi-day stays with day and overnight coverage, plus designated, uninterrupted sleep time and private quarters
• Flexible placements built around your availability

What you'll help with

Some clients need a higher level of care — such as Hoyer lift transfers or dementia care — and our paid training sets you up to support them with confidence.
