Job summary

inHom Senior Care in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide one-on-one care in a client's home across the South Metro.

You’ll stay in the client’s home, assist with daily activities, meals, mobility, and personal care, with private sleeping quarters and flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and you’ll have 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Heart for caring for others
• Valid driver’s license with reliable insured vehicle
• Comfortable working one-on-one in a client’s home
• Able to pass a background check
• Live in Dakota, Scott, Rice, Carver, or Le Sueur County

Responsibilities

• Live-in, one-on-one care in a client’s home across the South Metro (Minneapolis/St. Paul), MN
• Multi-day stays with day and overnight coverage, plus designated, uninterrupted sleep time and private quarters
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Mobility support, transfers, and occasional transportation for errands
• Paid training and 24/7 office support
• Hoyer lift transfers or dementia care may be needed depending on the client

Live-In Caregiver

Build a real relationship with one client by becoming part of their daily life at home. As a Live-In Caregiver, you'll stay in your client's home across multiple days, providing attentive day-and-night support so they can age safely and comfortably in the place they love — with designated time to rest and private sleeping quarters of your own.
