Job summary

inHom Senior Care is seeking a part-time Caregiver for overnight hours (10 PM–8 AM) to support elderly clients in the South Metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You’ll provide essential care when needed during the night in clients’ homes, with a compassionate, one-on-one approach.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and referral bonuses. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and background check are required; residency in the specified Minnesota counties is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Passion for caring for others.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to work one-on-one unsupervised in clients’ homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Residency in Dakota, Scott, Rice, or Carver Counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare light meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Occasionally assist with errands or shopping.

• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Transportation: Occasionally assist with errands or shopping.

Note: Some clients may require specialized care, including the use of a Hoyer lift or support with dementia care.

Requirements

Schedule
