Job summary

inHom Senior Care is seeking a part-time caregiver for overnight support in the South Metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, mobility, and light housekeeping, with a focus on maintaining a safe, calm overnight environment.

Responsibilities include meal prep, basic transportation support when needed, and ensuring client comfort. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and reside in specified Minnesota

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Residency in Dakota, Scott, Rice, or Carver Counties in Minnesota.
• Ability to work one-on-one unsupervised in clients' homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Join our compassionate team at inHom Senior Care as a part-time Caregiver providing overnight support to elderly clients in the South Metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area. This unique role allows you to offer essential care while enjoying a restful environment, assisting clients only when needed during the night. Key Responsibilities

• Companionship: Engage clients in conversation and provide emotional support.
• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Mobility Support: Help with activities, mobility, or transfers as needed.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare light meals for clients.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Transportation: Occasionally assist with errands or shopping.

Note: Some clients may require specialized care, including the use of a Hoyer lift or support with dementia care.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Passion for caring for others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to work one-on-one unsupervised in clients' homes.

Schedule

• Overnight shift from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Flexible availability for 3-5 days a week, including Monday through Sunday.
