The Addison of Garden Way Place is seeking a caring team member to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life.

You will provide help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, reminders for medications, escort services, and daily log documentation, while staying compassionate, professional, and responsive in emergencies. Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $17.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic.
• Able to work as part of a team and multitask safely.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Ability to solve practical problems under stress.

• You have at least oneyearof experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
