Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a compassionate care assistant to help residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life. Responsibilities include medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services, along with documenting daily progress and communicating with supervisors.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, professional, and able to multi-task in a team environment, with basic computer skills and reliable English

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.

• You have at least oneyearof experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
