Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver Assistant to support residents with daily activities, meals, and social engagement while maintaining their dignity and quality of life. The role requires compassionate care, adherence to service plans, and timely communication with leadership.

Full-time benefits apply after 30 days, with daily pay available and opportunities for PTO and 401(k) participation. Prior CNA training or willingness to obtain is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete CNA course within 6 months of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
