Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Caregiver Assistant! The Caregiver Assistant supports resident care within the branch, ensuring residents' daily needs are met compassionately, maintaining their dignity, and enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Bickford Senior Living. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change.
• Knowledge of caring for residents with dementia.

• High School Diploma or GED; or one-year related experience.
• Willing to complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to undertake additional training or education as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
