This range is provided by Bickford Senior Living. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $15.25/hr - $17.75/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans
• Assist in all aspects of daily resident life, including activities, meals, and social engagement
• Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership about resident needs
• Knowledge of caring for residents with dementia

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or one-year related experience
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months
• Willing to undertake additional required training or education
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
