Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

The Residences at Park Place, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full Time Resident Assistant/Caregiver for our residents in Greenville and Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing resident services such as assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks to support resident well-being.
2. Supporting residents' dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality.
3. Reviewing resident Service Plans and daily communication logs to stay informed about resident needs and health conditions.
4. Offering personal care, assisting with medications and treatments as per regulations.
5. Responding promptly to emergency call systems.
6. Following infection control procedures.
7. Assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup.
8. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through housekeeping as needed.
9. Encouraging resident participation in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Desire to work with the elderly, respecting their privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting and performing caregiving tasks required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
