Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Shakopee, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You'll work directly with residents to deliver personalized care, assist with daily living, mobility, and light housekeeping, and report changes to the leadership team. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications after training.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

About The Role

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
