Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to deliver one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes across Middlebury and Addison County.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. You can earn $26/hour with mileage reimbursement and added benefits, with flexible schedules and opportunities to work evenings or overnights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients.
