Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team providing one-on-one in-home support to clients across Manchester and surrounding areas. You will help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes with a focus on dignity and independence.

No prior experience is required—we offer paid training and ongoing support for the right individual, with FT and PT hours available and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients
