Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients across Rutland County and surrounding areas. Work is flexible, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options and weekends prioritized.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. Join BAYADA to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients

Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Rutland, Brandon, Pittsford, and other parts of Rutland County
