Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Bennington seeks compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support, helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes, with assignments across Bennington County.

No prior experience is required—we offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and flexible FT and PT schedules, including weekend hours, with mileage reimbursement and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
• Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers

Pay: $26/hour + mileage reimbursement
Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Bennington and other parts of Bennington County
Schedule: FT and PT hours available, weekend availability required.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
