BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. No prior experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
