Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for at home. Overnight shifts are available, and a supportive team provides 24/7 care coverage to residents.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and report changes to the care team while delivering companionship and dignity in a home setting. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
