Sunrise Senior Living in Vienna, VA is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, follow care plans, and provide compassionate support. You will help maintain safety, dignity, and engagement through meaningful interactions and daily routines.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and families, contributing to a warm living environment, and participating in training and advancement opportunities offered by Sunrise Senior Living.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 18.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

16.05 - 20.10
