Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Edison, NJ is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands‑on support, build meaningful relationships with residents, and help brighten each day.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and promote safety and independence, while engaging residents in conversation and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
