Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Lombard, IL. You will provide hands‑on care, assist residents with daily activities, follow ISP guidelines, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

Role emphasizes meaningful interactions, engagement with residents and families, and support for dining services. Paid training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive hourly wage.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
