Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care, support daily activities, and help preserve residents' dignity and independence each day. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals, support dining, and create enriching conversations and activities.

In Memory Care, you’ll help design meaningful experiences while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
