Job summary

Hope Human Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to support individuals with daily living needs in our community program in Washington. The role emphasizes compassion, respect, and engagement, with weekend shifts encouraged and paid training provided.

You will assist with living skills, provide supervision and community outings, and work under habilitative plans while maintaining excellent written and spoken English. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
• Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.

Wage: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Caregiver Job Requirements

• Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and three years of licensed driving experience
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a background check through DSHS
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week
